Selects an ARS (Automatic Registration Server) for the current Device Programmer. An ARS is also known as a Presence Notification Server or PN Server. This selected Server then attempts to determine a radio’s or several radio's IP Address during an OTAP (Over the Air Programming) communication. A radio’s IP Address corresponds with its Radio ID (see the System View's Radio ID field).
